According to the Registrar of the town of Hull, Lesley Gracie was born on August 31, 1956.

Paperwork to the contrary, she states her age as 21. Yet in open contradiction of this claim, the youthful Ms. Gracie and her husband, Andy, have two grown children who have already left home.

In protestation of the exodus of the couple’s biological children, their rabbit, Bramble, and dog, Anya, remain in the house.

Ms. Gracie has been with William Grant & Sons for 17 of her 21 years and has been known to spend entire nights in the company of her Carter-Head Still.

She prefers hobbies that annoy her co-distiller, Mr. Ross, whom she calls "John" to the continued confusion of his family. Such activities include crochet and the gardening of Bulgarian Rosa Damasca.
