INGREDIENTS
35ml Hendrick's Gin
35 ml fresh grapefruit juice
15 ml simple syrup
4 small pieces fresh rhubarb

PREPARATION
Muddle the rhubarb and the simple syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add the remaining ingredients and shake well with ice and tea strain into a rocks glass over ice and garnish with rhubarb stick.
