INGREDIENTS
50ml Hendrick's Gin
25ml fresh lemon juice
25ml elderflower
Champagne
10ml crème cassis
red currants
PREPARATION
Shake together the Hendrick’s,
lemon juice and elderflower with
ice and pour into a sling glass.
Add more ice and top with champagne.
Crown with crème de cassis
and garnish with a wedge of lemon
and a handful of red currants.
