INGREDIENTS
30ml Hendrick's Gin
5 blackberries
10ml fresh lemon juice
15ml simple syrup
15ml crème de mûre
Champagne
PREPARATION
Muddle the berries with the syrup. Add the remaining ingredients with the exception of the champagne and shake well with ice. Strain into a tall glass over ice and fill with champagne. Top with crème de mure. Garnish with a long slice of English cucumber.
