There's a room to suit all moods; the Lounge (comfy brown sofas, open fireplaces), the Salon and the TV room (big screen cosiness). The all-female bar staff are friendly and rather handy in the mixology department.

75ml Lychee Juice
1 squeeze fresh lemon
5ml Rose syrup float
How to mix it: Shake & strain over cubed ice in a tall glass, garnish with a long wedge of cucumber
