Pretty in Pink has a modern, unusual and sexy twist. It is a simple, mellow drink, which has a sour and fruity edge - with an obligatorary Hendrick's kick.

50 ml Hendrick's gin
25 ml lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
20 ml sugar syrup
2-3 fresh raspberries
15 ml egg white

How to mix it: Serve in a 5oz cocktail glass. Assemble all the ingredients in a chilled Boston glass, add ice cubes, and then add the egg white. Shake well and strain in the chilled cocktail glass and then twist the grapefruit peel at the surface of the glass.
